@Petco I filed a complaint with @nycgov. This is total disregard for animal welfare. Die offs of this magnitude don’t happen in an instant, and the smell indicates the fish have been dead for a while. It is appalling the retail team hasn’t removed the dead fish and drained the tank.

Why is @FedEx still attempting to collect illegal tariffs on deliveries made in Jan 2026? Why can’t their CS agents provide a legitimate reason why they’re being assessed, in retro, even AFTER #scotus ruled they’re illegal? Is it cash grab for the $15 fee #FedEx keeps? #tariffs

@Delta let’s stop in-flight #gaslighting. 30 secs b4 boarding a sparse plane, for $20 any open seat is fine. Once onboard? One seat away is a weight distribution crisis. Also why’s it a selective issue? DL 4902 LGA>LIT no prob. DL 4960 LIT>LGA - the plane becomes a lead balloon.

This just in: @TMobile nor @Visible (owned/operated by @Verizon) are able to provide consistent, reliable service along the Hudson River in New York while traveling by @Amtrak. So much for each carriers’ respective claims to being the “best” network. 🙄

Bye-bye @CapitalOne! I’ve been on the fence about changing banks for a while. The EPIC STUPIDITY of moving debit cards from the MasterCard network to @Discover network just sealed the deal. DAY ONE after getting the new card I ran into an acceptance issue. #nope

@ADT why so difficult to speak with a rep from a local ADT office familiar with local code requirements for alarms? Why is your support insisting I call “local” office numbers that ring to a call center, where a supervisor there has already advised they do not have that info?

@UPS this is ALWAYS the case when I attempt to use UPS agent chat function. What’s the point of the option if no agents? If not business hours, when are CS reps available so I can try to plan around THEIR schedule? Because that’s precisely how CS support is intended to work. 🙄

Hey @Avis @LGAairport know what lost & found isn’t? A trash can sitting next to the detailing line. You know what also isn’t? An employees’ stash of found goods. But that’s where my tote & 2 pairs of shoes, & my $100 battery bank & $85 Apple charger were each found respectively.

@ASPCA - due to a shipping error I have a package containing live animals being held by the @UPS distro in Long Island City. Reached out multiple times to make them aware, offered to pay, but b/c they “suspect fraud” their policy is to do nothing and let them expire. Any help?
