Over the last 5 days, agencies terminated and descoped 55 wasteful contracts with a ceiling value of $3.8B and savings of $622M, including a $163k HHS education & training contract to “provide information on the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, and learn how to take initiative, balance key priorities, improve interpersonal communication, leverage creative collaboration and apply principles”, and a $196k IRS professional support contract for “communication liaison customer/employee experience surveys”.
