@KingstonCycling The screen appeared about a year ago. During lockdown. Prior to that there was a (family?) group of homeless who used to shelter there who presumably were temporarily housed. Is it a way of ensuring they don't return. Like spikes on the floor?

Sorry Cath, that's not something we knew about. Not even sure that they would have to give permission for that. Agree that it makes bikes EVEN MORE vulnerable to theft. Looks like the investment co that owns the building doesn't care about our bikes. When did the wall appear?

As per government guidelines, our November market will be running - 21 November. Rules to stay safe include: one-way system, one member of a householder, masks must be worn, respect social distancing and no cycles inside the enclosure. Thank you!
