My humble opinion is that in no universe should a league title be defined by goal difference, even less by total goals scored. That's fine for all other positions, but the title? If equaled on points, schedule a neutral ground final game the weekend after the last gameweek.

The problem with VAR is where do you draw the line? It's either use it fully and matches take 4+ hours whilst every decision is forensically analysed or you don't use it at all and get free flowing beautiful game. The current in-between is the worst of both worlds.
