Every time you hesitate, someone less talented takes your spot. Remember, the universe rewards audacity, favors action, and speed. Not potential. Confidence over cowardice.

Corporate life will teach you that knowing the job is only half the battle. The real skill is staying calm in meetings, reading the room, managing ego, receiving vague feedback, and not replying emails with your real thoughts.

We are living in a time where the intelligent person must remain silent in order not to offend the ignorant.

"For a man, opening up depends on whether your carcass will be subjected to an autopsy or not." I read that twice. Paused. And, reread it twice. Again. You see, for most men, the truth of their suffering is never spoken in life. It's only uncovered when their lifeless bodies are cut open, looking for answers to fill the blank "Cause of death" spaces. Sadly, the answers often do so little to help the living live. A little longer. The other day, I heard someone saying, growing up, he first witnessed a suicide death at 25. Lately, he said, he's lost so many people close to him. Young people. Dead by suicide. Most of them men. See, I'm neither a counselor nor a therapist. Actually, I'm far from either. But, I know at times it gets crazy. These endless demands of life. This labyrinth we're all lost in, trying to find a way out. The rollercoaster of existence. The giving and taking. The emptiness. The void. The hollow bowels. The meaningless gestures. The fleeting time. The fading hope. The scary future. The stagnant present. The haunting past. It's all vanity! Life. It's bliss and bruises! So I say unto you, brethrens, do only what you can; not what you want. What you must; not what you should. And, take every stride with a little abandon. Easy, Bro, easy!

Some days we kill 2 birds with one stone. Other days, we use 7 stones to kill one bird, today, a bird almost killed me..

Someone once asked me, "Why are you always there for everyone?" I said, because I know what it feels like when nobody shows up for you.

Sorry if I don't reach out anymore. I'm fighting for my life, second guessing my career path, debating my life choices, scrolling through social media, and sleeping whenever I get free time just to escape reality

Nothing has any meaning until you give it one. The email isn't aggressive- you decided it was. The silence isn't rejection- you saw it as such. The traffic isn't ruining your day- you probably didn't plan well. You're not reacting to events. You're responding to your interpretation of events, which is a thing you have full authorship over and almost never use.

None of us achieves anything alone. Someone always assisted: The one who made the pass. The one who encouraged you. The one who taught you the lessons. The one who pushed you to be better. The one who gave you an opportunity. Always acknowledge the assist.

Momentum isn't built in one big move. It's built in the decision you make at five in the morning when no one's watching. In the rep you finish when your body's begging you to stop. In the meeting you prepare for like it's the only one that matters. That's where momentum starts. In the small, silent moments no one will ever see. Most people are waiting for the big break. The perfect opportunity. The moment when everything aligns. But momentum doesn't wait for perfect. It's built in the mess. In the grind. In the days when nothing feels like it's working but you show up anyway. That's when you separate yourself. The leaders who win aren't the ones who had it easy. They're the ones who kept moving when it was hard. When the results weren't showing up. When no one believed it would work. They trusted the process and stacked the days. And eventually, the momentum caught up.

In May, move with purpose, not for attention. Stay focused on your work, your growth & your results. Build quietly and let your progress speak. Less noise, more execution.

May we never lose the drive to pursue the things we love, no matter how bumpy the road is. May we keep showing up, even on days when we feel tired, lost, or unsure. May we remind ourselves why we started and hold on to that reason when things get hard. Not every step will be easy, and not every moment will feel right, but progress is still progress, no matter how small. May we learn to be patient with ourselves and trust that everything we are working for will come at the right time. As we move forward, may we grow stronger, wiser, and more certain of the life we are building.

At this age, you have to think long term. Focus on your career and goals. Save money, find someone who you can GROW and PRAY with. We can no longer afford to waste time. Focus on things that matter in the long run, stability, Loyalty, & PEACE OF MIND.

Avoid arguing with people who choose to misunderstand you. Some don’t want clarity, they just want a conflict. Explaining yourself to them is wasted energy.
