Have to check the records, but I honestly think that was the greatest upset in the history of The Game. 20.5 point spread. 10-1 vs. 6-5. #2 vs. not close to ranked. Any other bids? 1995 might be the closest, and it wasn't as big as this.

I brag about @Delta a lot, for their customer service, the way they respond. Today, has shaken that deeply. Bummer big time. I don’t understand why my wait times grow and with no response or help. I have DMd the delta x account, been on the phone for hours and used messaging. Ugh

@Delta Thank you for responding. I am a delta fan, it has been so hard today. I am loyal and fly with delta. I can’t get my app to accept the flight change -i get an error. I am still on the phone with the silver medallion line trying to work on it. Been on for 2:40/messaging 4 hours.

@Delta why do my wait times keep getting longer? It started at 40 minutes and keeps growing over time. What is going on?

It continues to grow. I have been on the phone for over 2 hours waiting. And on the app that initially said 40 minutes for 4 hours. And a second message board that started at 3 hours and is growing to 5 hours after an hour and 30 minutes. COME ON!

@Delta I have been on the phone waiting for over 1.5 hours. My call was dropped and now starting over. I went on the app - it said i would wait about 40 minutes - it has been 2 hours. I have silver medallion status and used that line. Now i have to restart my wait over. HELP!
