@Gymshark I started originally for sports as most people would I imagine. I went to the YMCA close to me with my brother for the first time and a plane crashed with 4 passengers on its property because they saw it safe from the communities next to it. They live on through my progressions.

Toughest sport in the world. Especially on the collegiate level. You tell me another sport where 90% of the time you’re cutting weight, dehydrated; go to practice, class, lifting, all on an empty stomach, weigh in, and expected to compete at 100%? I’ll wait..
