@iamsmarta @ASICSUK Same here. Ordered the UK size and it feels like the smaller US size. Tried since January to return them but Asics process is broken. And still no refund.

Also @ASICSUK what is going on with your sizing? My current trainers are a 6, I ordered a 6 in a new pair and they were TINY, yet the ones I ordered most recently are a 6 and I'm sending them back cos they're too big? Consistency please 😭

6 pairs of running shoes ordered now and none of them fit... I wish shops were open 😭 My current trainers have had it and I get knee and ankle pain when I run in them now. I'm so fucking gutted I just really want to do a run!

@ASICSUK @neji I trust your shoes but not the returns process. Still waiting for a second return label to finally get a refund since January. The customs process is broken at the border to Europe and we are out of pocket and funding it.

@ASICSUK I had a failed return (UPS brought it back to me). I requested a new return label. Waiting since 12/02 for your response “We have escalated the issue and requested a new return label. Once we have a solution, we will get back in touch with you to advise.”

@AnitaSondhiShah Hello Anita. We created the return labels for your orders on February 1st. Did you receive them by email? No returns form is needed, just the shipping label and invoices.

@ASICSUK I sent my return parcel on 2/02/2021 and receive my package back today 8th from UPS. Please inform how can I RE return the parcel. Also note that in the original package sent to me with the trainers the returns form and your invoice were actually missing!
