@raqisright Most military officers - all pilots are officers - are ESTJ/ISTJ/ENTJ. They are social (required in the service), decisive and adventurous. They travel and know how to plan - it’s in the job description, after all. You really should screen for veterans who are former officers IMO

Two weeks ago I met an F-15 pilot about to deploy to Iran
I was so curious about his girlfriend, I ended up asking them both all kinds of invasive questions.
Now every time I see a notification like this, I have a visceral reaction. I can't imagine being her. The heartache, the constant worry.

@raqisright Perhaps! But ~75% of men are T whilst only ~25% of women. That’s decision-making, which you seem to value. IMO, focus on that and the J. I’d ignore E/I and N/S. Hint: TJ’s are quite common in dudes with military and law enforcement backgrounds; structure and discipline.

@zack_cozart Ok but if he gets hurt and never pitches again or is horrible (see Bailey, Homer) the team still must pay every cent. That’s beyond ridiculous, especially for a club like Cincy. The Angels can eat it, the Reds cannot without serious implications.

@IamTrevorMay @PhilSerenityNow Love your openness on this topic. You’ve earned a follow. As the consumer, I don’t want to pay $200 a ticket but I do want my team to have an equal opportunity come spring. Players deserve high compensation but certainly they want competitive balance too, right?

@zack_cozart Fair. But I’m the consumer and don’t want to pay $200 a ticket. The big market $ comes from TV. The Reds rely on tickets. Salary cap, salary floor and owners should open their books. As a fan, I’m willing to lose a season if it levels the playing field going forward.

@zack_cozart That’s major league payroll only. But aren’t there also health care benefits, pension contributions, insurance, scouts, clubhouse perks, minor league bonuses etc? Plus, I imagine the major league club revenue supports 90% of the salaries and support for the minor leagues…?
