We’re starting to roll out direct integration with @Tesla vehicles, removing the need for a UBI device in our Pay Per Mile product. This makes activating Lemonade Car on Teslas effortless and lets us cut hardware and shipping costs, helping lower prices for Tesla drivers even further. Tesla's API also provides richer and more accurate driving behavior data than traditional UBI devices, enabling us to offer better rewards and discounts for safe driving and FSD usage.

@hebdomedallic @rohindhar I am the same owner with or without vacasa. It’s nothing got to do with owners. If they cared for the guests enough to respond promptly and pro-actically took care of basic maintainence items they would be in much better shape.

The wild thing about STRs is how much variance there is in property management quality and how bad the most well-known firms are. From the STR twitter forum: Property was managed by Vacasa for four months and not a *single* 5-star review from guests. Switch to self management, only perfect 5 stars reviews thereafter. With rampant “grade inflation” meaning 5 stars are given out by default, honestly impressive Vacasa can go 4 months without one. x.com/i/communities/…
