We are live with the new Artgram design and feature upgrade! After a long time, development, and delays, I am happy to finally offer you a new version of artgram.co. We have fundamentally changed the design and improved navigation in many places. The newest changes are the upgrades to the User Portfolio, Marketplace features and subscription model: With the portfolios, you finally have the option to organize yourselves with folders and to set them, as well as artworks, to private. In addition, everything has become a bit clearer, which benefits the new design. The Marketplace is now Service First Ready. Personally, this is the best change we have developed. This means that as artists, you now have the opportunity to offer your commissions through our marketplace. As soon as a client purchases your service, a private environment opens up where you can manage the entire process with your client. This means you can chat internally, upload files, discuss, upgrade, etc. In addition, payment is now handled through an escrow system: once you agree on the result (at the click of a button), the payment process is executed and the files are released to the client. We have also introduced subscription models for both artists and studios, which offer you advantages when using the platform and support us financially. I hope these new features are helpful in your career as an artist and increase your productivity. Since the update is still brand new and we don't have everything 100% finished yet, we ask for your understanding and patience regarding initial teething troubles with the software. We take care of every piece of feedback we receive. Just use our feedback section in your new sidebar menu.
