In UP's Kanpur, ITBP jawan Vikas Singh walked into the Police Commissioner's office carrying his mother's severed hand in a thermocol box. He broke down in tears, demanding justice.His mother was admitted to Krishna Hospital on May 13 with breathing difficulties. Alleged medical negligence caused severe infection in her right hand, leading to amputation at Paras Hospital. The jawan had been running from police stations for 3 days with no action.
