Gyms are like hospitals.
After a session, you are given a cake, a tumbler of juice and a photo session.
You lost 300 calories during a useless aerobic session, then gained 800 calories, social media clout and inflamed joints.
It is a clever strategy to keep the functionally illiterate coming back for more jumping sessions.
Then you wonder why you are still obese, fatigued, with low libido, high blood pressure and an endless backache.
If you lack a structure, a goal, a mission and discipline, you are wasting your time in the gym.

The journey has only just begun.

Governor Natembeya is always at one-term rallies, passionately telling Kenyans how the Luhya community is being neglected. But my question is simple: what about Trans Nzoia? Many residents are still grappling with poverty, unemployment, concerns about insecurity, delayed payments to contractors, and shortages of essential medicines in some public health facilities. Shouldn’t fixing these challenges come before lecturing the rest of the country? In my view, the people of Trans Nzoia deserve to see more development, better service delivery, and greater accountability.

This might be the funniest boxing clip you'll see today
During this amateur boxing match in Ghana, both fighters became so exhausted that they seemingly called an unofficial timeout to recover before continuing. #boxing
Meanwhile, the referee looked like a frustrated gym teacher trying to convince them to get back to work.
Every punch looked like it required a full system reboot.
