@SW_Help was on the 18.20 Basingstoke service when a guy in our coach had a seizure. The guard was called was flustered at best but did manage to call a doctor on board. An ambulance did arrive at Woking, but the question is are your staff trained for medical emergencies ?

@SW_Help just wanted to share how disappointing your service was once again. On the 18.00 to Woking from Waterloo, and was told at 18.03 there was no. Around 18.10 told to join an alternative service and on doing so discovered it had 8 coaches and could not get on. Not pleased

@TicketmasterUK really disappointed by my experience using Ticketmaster today, when trying to buy tickets for Bruce Springsteen. Got to the point of purchasing and it would not accept either my debit or credit cards and eventually timed out and I lost the tickets.

@bookingcom If someone was that interested they would be reaching out to me doing everything to resolve the matter. I shared my number on a DM, but nothing, so I continue to chase Booking.com, get very frustrated and end up Tweeting

@bookingcom it’s now over two weeks since I was promised a refund on my car hire booking. Just made another call and were given more excuses and blame passed to other people. I feel very let down and still out of pocket

@bookingcom very disappointed in your refund process for a cancellation of a car hire. Just chased up and told nothing will happen until Tuesday. You promised a full refund and it’s taking way too long.

@TurkishAirlines not a great experience with your airline today. The check in was dreadful. The self service machines were not working. Check in staff had no clue and were behaving like headless chickens. Now waiting to board and more system issues and delays

@AnfieldEdition It’s the second game of the season and a really difficult and hostile game and he survived uninjured. He could be the difference next weekend

@AnythingLFC_ Not worried at all, would rather get 3 points on Friday. I was there yesterday, so very hot as a spectator, worse for a player. I think they are too open on the wings but can sort that. We do however have great options going forward and will score loads

Anybody worried heading into the season after today's defeat at Wembley?

@SW_Help was subject to an hours delay from Waterloo tonight. My ticket was then swallowed by the barrier at Woking so cannot evidence on delay repay. Please advise how to proceed?

@SW_Help yet again the 18.00 to Woking from Waterloo has 8 carriages, it’s so bad tonight that many passengers can’t get on this service. You are treating customers like fools, sort it out and get those additional carriages back in service
