Hi Phil, no limit on the number of claims you can make but the automated system will reject if more than usual are made in one time to ensure authenticity in everyone's claim. They will however be manually reviewed once resubmitted. @GNRailUK@JoanyEmd@jamesowild@TransportFocus I’ve had my last 6 delay repay claims rejected on the grounds that I’ve made too many claims! Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. Multiple emails sent, zero response. I feel like I’m being treated as if the service is complimentary. It’s not. It’s extremely expensive!
