Our business has been down for 192 hours due to an unaddressed Google Cloud billing error. APIs are dead, clients are leaving, and support keeps resetting a 48-hour email timer and a 3-4 days to a new 3-5 days. We need a human manager immediately @googlecloud . Case #72069574.

@philip_harmse Hi Philip, we recently made changes so that 1Password shouldn't immediately require you to update to the latest version of Chrome to continue using the 1Password extension. Could you double-check that you're using the latest version of the extension & app? 1/2

@1Password why do you lock your chrome browser extention every time an updates become available? The problem is the extention detects an update a few days before I see the promt to update, this results in that I have to unlock the extention manually every time I want to use it.
