One of my best financial decisions: locking in a 10-year fixed mortgage when rates were rock bottom. 4+ years still to go at 2.24%. Anyone else still on a rate like this?

Do I sell my Audi Q5 for £9k and buy this Tesla? Audi is owned I spend £350 a month on diesel 96k on the clock Tax + maintenance can be expensive Tesla is cheaper monthly than the diesel I buy Essentially I could put £8,000 into my S&S ISA alongside another £100 a month. Struggling to see the catch here, do I go for it? 🤔😬

@jaythfc89 @ClubhouseGrowth Initial deal was £295 a month over 2 years but I added white bringing it to 322, once I took delivery I logged into lex and lengthened it to 3 years which brought the monthly down to 244. I think it would have been 222 without the white. No other costs no

@ClubhouseGrowth If you lease over 2 years with Tesla you can change the term to 3 years with lex after it’s started and it reduces the monthly by £100 ish
