a fire hydrant on my friend’s block (ambrose street, 19144) has been running nonstop since 12/19 covering the entire street in a sheet of ice. she’s called the water department 100 times. can someone please do something we live in a society!! @philly311 @PhillyH2O @PhillyFireDept

@mindyisser @philly311 @PhillyFireDept We are acknowledging that we couldn't turn it off the first time we went out. There is an internal issue with the hydrant and it has been escalated to an emergency.
