Now, the Eagles want to trade A.J. Brown as he enters his age-29 season for a 1st and a 2nd, aka a "Quinnen Williams package."

Here are my favorite Eagles offensive coordinator candidates to replace Kevin Patullo.
🏈 Brian Daboll: Was Jalen Hurts' OC at Alabama. Developed Josh Allen early in his career. Coach of the Year in 2022 with the Giants after doing nice work with Daniel Jones. Has learned under Nick Saban and Bill Belichick.
🏈 Todd Monken: I think he could get Jalen Hurts back on track and bring some much-needed creativity to the offense and maxmize a dual-threat QB. Lamar Jackson put up some big numbers under Monken.
🏈 Davis Webb: QB's coach and pass game coordinator for the Broncos. Long-time backup QB, rising quickly and has learned under Sean Payton.
🏈Mike McDaniel: I'm a believer in the Kyle Shanahan scheme, but I'm pretty lukewarm on McDaniel - His offenses sucked in cold weather and vs. elite teams, but if he's just an OC, maybe some of the concerning HC managerial struggles go away. From a play-design, play-calling standpoint, the Eagles offense would no longer look like a high school offense. It would be as modern day as it gets. His run-game is dynamic FWIW.
Scot Loeffler: IF the Eagles go internal, which I highly doubt they do, Loeffler, who is the Eagles QB's coach would be the best option. Actually liked what he did from a play-calling standpoint at Bowling Green as the head coach. I frankly think Sirianni should've demoted Patullo for Loeffler during the season.

Donald Trump’s actions in Venezuela do not make America safer, stronger, or more affordable. That Maduro is a brutal, illegitimate dictator does not change the fact that this action was both unlawful and unwise. We’ve seen this movie before. Wars for regime change or oil that are sold as strength but turn into chaos, and American families pay the price. The American people do not want this, and they are tired of being lied to. This is not about drugs or democracy. It is about oil and Donald Trump’s desire to play the regional strongman. If he cared about either, he wouldn’t pardon a convicted drug trafficker or sideline Venezuela’s legitimate opposition while pursuing deals with Maduro’s cronies. The President is putting troops at risk, spending billions, destabilizing a region, and offering no legal authority, no exit plan, and no benefit at home. Some quick thoughts on Adolis:
1. A massive defensive upgrade in right. One of the best in the sport.
2. Bat has really fallen off a cliff the last two years, actually hit worse against lefties last year than righties, but will pop the occasional HR. Will not work a walk and will strikeout.
3. I still think he’s got a good chance to pop 25 homers here with a fresh start and we know what he did in the playoffs in ‘23. Might have just needed to get out of Texas.
4. A good move for those worried the Phillies would just run it back.
