The comments are interesting. People on different sides accusing the other of ignoring these stories. That shows the problem. The left doesn’t want to talk about Islamic terrorism and neither do the Islam simps on the right. Meanwhile many proponents of the war don’t really want to bring attention to the blowback. So that all adds up to mean that Muslims will be able to commit terror attacks every three days for the duration of this thing and it will never be treated as a crisis. There is no political faction that benefits from treating it as one.

So there’s been a mass shooting and a bomb threat on a plane since the war in Iran began a week ago. Somehow there’s basically no national conversation about this.

Hot take: The sheriff in Rambo First Blood was actually the good guy, he saw a sketchy looking drifter walk into his small town and promptly tried to escort him to the edge of town (Keep in mind this was in the Pacific Northwest just a few years after Ted Bundy's killing spree). Rambo then decided to be a prick and escalate the situation before having a schizo meltdown which resulted in the death of an innocent police officer.
