The 2011 Swedish Dhejne study (long-term follow-up of post-surgery transsexuals) found male-to-female individuals retain male-pattern criminality: convictions for any crime/violent crime (incl. sexual offenses) matched natal males, far exceeding females. UK Ministry of Justice data (2019-2024) shows ~59-62% of male-born trans-identifying prisoners convicted of sexual offenses (incl. rape), vs. 16-19% of male prisoners and ~3% of females. This indicates trans-identifying males offend sexually at higher rates than non-trans males. Logically, yes—that subgroup warrants more caution in female-only spaces than average males.
