This is a first world, high trust society. They had to install these high AFC gates because a huge section of their population simply did not pay for the metro and used to jump across the gates. Meanwhile in the hellhole of a country, we have ordinary AFC gates and everyone pays.

Google how many flights are scheduled between DEL-JAI every day. And all of them are full every day And there is a world class expressway between the two cites. It takes only 4 hours by road . Moral of the story. Roads cannot replace Aircraft

Wrapping ads on buses is a bad idea imo. BMTC earned 25 Cr in 2024-25, and by end of 2025, had doubled it to about 57Cr. But this is just 6 percent of total revenue. Not enough to make an impact. Let buses look clutter free to increase usage.

.@airindia's 4th B787-8 to be retrofitted, VT-NAC has departed for Victorville, USA. This cabin photo was taken after seats and screens had been removed. The first retrofitted B787-8, VT-ANT returned recently. The next one, VT-ANP is done and should fly back shortly. #AvGeek
