What a great group of broadcasters we had! I feel much the same as @ToddWalsh... the thought of not singing for @NHL games after 28 years is daunting, and I will miss the game, my @ArizonaCoyotes family, and of course our amazing fans!

Frozen in time. Not “The Last Supper” but the final Coyotes AM skate. After 28 years, being on the outside of an ⁦@NHL⁩ season looking in, is daunting but also illuminating. I shall miss my friends, the game & the amazing people in & around it. We walk together, forever.

This is going to be long for a tweet, but... When I got the call in February to join the Arizona Coyotes as the team's Lead Digital Strategist, it was probably the happiest moment of my life. After having faced such challenges during the pandemic, it got me back to doing the exact thing I have wanted to do since I was six years old. It was a long road to get back here. At the time, I could never have imagined that I would be the final hire in the history of the franchise. However, life throws curve balls at us. And the team moving eight weeks after I started was not one I expected. Yet with the team's offices in Scottsdale having been shut down at the end of July, I am officially back on the job market. I am looking to remain in sports. I am open to relocation. I have more than a decade in content, social media and digital media. I have led teams and built content strategies for companies ranging from start-ups to legacy brands. From pro teams to news outlets, athletes and sportsbooks, for-profits and non-profits. I have led teams and built strategy, but also have 10+ years experience rolling up my sleeves and executing. With three of my last four employers, our teams led all of our peers in engagement. With the fourth -- the Coyotes -- we set franchise records for engagement (granted in a very short time period). If anyone wants to know what I am like to work with, I invite them to connect with any of my teammates from the Coyotes. I have implemented structure to monetize content, built cohesive workflows and leveraged data in new and innovative ways to meet a variety of organizational goals. As much as I am disappointed in how the team's departure has upended the lives of both my teammates and myself, I wouldn't change the decision I made to come to the desert. In a short time, I got to work with not only many talented people, but also just genuinely good people, who I'll remain friends with forever. Without the Coyotes, those relationships would've never been made possible and for that I am grateful. But it's also time to turn the page. My inbox is open if anyone is aware of potential opportunities. It's also open if you're going through something similar and need someone to talk to. Or if you're going through something similar and need another set of experienced eyes to look over that resume, cover letter or do interview prep, I got you!

Extremely thrilled to announce that starting today I’ll be joining #NHLinUtah to lead the hockey PR department as the team’s Director of Hockey Communications. Very excited to be a part of Utah’s inaugural NHL season and looking forward to meeting the local media and fans soon!

So question, who owns the Coliseum in Phoenix? If that were demolished and a new arena rebuilt in its place (assuming someone purchased it and pays to build the new arena), would any approvals be needed, seeing how it's already an arena?

Bookend irony in my 563 game @ArizonaCoyotes career: First anthem was 'O Canada', at the 9/21/96 preseason game vs. Edmonton... their first game played in Arizona. Final anthem was 'O Canada', at Wednesday's game vs. Edmonton... their last game played in Arizona. #YotesForever

@TRCodyCody @ArizonaCoyotes I was told a week-prior that "management" informed Game Entertainment that they had a particular guest artist that they wanted booked to perform the Star-Spangled Banner for the final game of the season.

@jedyotesfan @ArizonaCoyotes My all-time favorite anthem too... the one where I didn't even sing, the mic was dead but the crowd had my back and sang the whole thing in the same cadence that I sing it! It was surreal!

The emotional lead-up to O Canada, from the pregame hugs with fans and staff, to crying ice crew members, and Paul Surra's touching final intro, had me shaking off tears. I will miss performing for the @ArizonaCoyotes and my fellow fans. I love you all. youtu.be/us8K89FvbWg?si…

@Matthew01797258 @KristenKeogh @rttravis The Utah Whatevers. I am going to follow and support our former coaches and players for as long as the core group is together. They were victims of this whole situation like the fans were, and they still have my loyalty.

For clarification, although the Star-Spangled Banner was also sung on Wednesday night after 'O Canada' (per tradition in US arenas), it was performed by a guest artist, not me. So my first and last anthems were both 'O Canada'.

@JayFled @ArizonaCoyotes The final anthem sung by me in my Coyotes career was 'O Canada''. At their last game this past Wednesday night, a guest performer sang the Star-Spangled Banner.

@phxpatrick @ArizonaCoyotes I'm pretty sure the final anthem was the star spangled banner, sung after the Canadian national anthem in all US barns
