@arwenn I produced a documentary about my dad and a national show offered to air it...and withdrew the offer when I struck their “exclusive and derivative rights” line. lol they wanted to IP jack my story about my late father! and THEY got mad at ME! An intern and a n00b with no job! lol

I’ve had bosses directly ask me to make deeply personal work and in the same breath act betrayed when I asked about derivatives or attachment. I left all those places and will not go back. Solidarity with the Gimlet union.
