Player marks in the forward 50. Umpire: - Watch ‘shot clock’ - Check kicker is ‘acting’ like they’re going to kick, not just running the clock down - Watch both the man on the mark and the kicker to see if one deviates off the line or the other moves on the mark first. Easy.
