@S_M_Bowman @bentags Sometimes the loss monitors give a false reading under certain conditions such as low temp (it’s how the residue is thrashed imo. I find once I throw a tray out and measure losses it has not changed. I’d be going 31 wires all the way threw and open concave.

600kg/ha RR canola. 7-7.5% mois. 15 degrees but not damp. Rotor loss has jumped since this afternoon. Would this be causing it? I’ve opened it up, closed it down, sped it up, slowed it down. Nothing really changes it. I’m doing about 7t/hr. Feel like I should be able to do more.

@AlexGrove680 Yea for sure iv got a depth charger for our sand over gravel. Where the Tilco couldn’t deal with the stones. Did 350ha last year it prefers heavier soil types tho. I mite hire it out in 2020 if your interested.

Just did some harvest loss with Brad & @RayleneBurns2 john Deere S680 with 640D front. Front is rate limiting step so only harvesting at 11t/hr at 50% engine capacity. Loss was 50kg/ha. 30kg/ha sieve loss and about 20kg/ha rotor loss 👍👍

The wheat still has a bit to go , 28deg here today hopefully the deep ripping is about to pay off 👨‍🌾❤️🌾
