@picreu @alpskier88 @espn After more review I'm now leading towards he did enough to impede the defender, but I'm also leaning towards that he may have not been in an offside position in the first place. The AR is dead even with him while the camera isn't, and the far defender might be keeping him on.

@matt_gr05 @mandrewood It is pretty obvious that he had an effect - if he's not there the right back is launching a counter. It wasn't clear that he was offside however - that's the issue. Hard to call without drawing the lines
