✅ They are used to calibrate the hiring process for different levels ❌ Having a single standardised process for all the levels might be due to a few causes: you haven't had time to tune the process yet or you don't know how to filter effectively

🧵 The importance of Career Ladders for Engineering teams is often underestimated in Startups. 🚫 You might thing this is just corporate busywork, and not suitable for a fast moving environment such as a startup. 💪 I strongly disagree with that!
