I am NOT growing a moustache….🥸 and they have yet to offer up a female equivalent….i did suggest MUFFEMBER last year but no uptake…🤷‍♀️😂🤣😜 BUT we woman can help support in other ways! Just being there for blokes and offering an ear! Generally it’s thought men are more likely to open up to a woman if struggling…. If you know anyone who is struggling… 1. Take them for a walk, people tend to open up easier when they are not eye to eye, so walk beside them. 2. Invite them over for a brew (biscuits help 😜) 3. Ask them TWICE how they are? don’t let them fob you off, break the eggshell. 4. Open up about something YOU are struggling with, I’ve seen this so many times, once u display ur own vulnerability it opens the door for others to walk through… 5. And LISTEN! not to have an answer, not to finish their sentence, not to ‘one up’ them with what you have been through, just listen. We have 2 ears 👂 👂 and one mouth 👄 for a reason…. #mensmentalhealth #movember2024

The best thing is, I still enjoy takeaways and beers at weekends. And I’ve been abroad a few times since starting and have been able to switch into holiday mode where I can eat what I want, but as soon as I’ve got home I’ve gone straight back into it. Consistency is key 🔑

When I did my shins in I had to stop running. But I kept eating the same, & the weight crept up. Decided to take action 14 weeks ago and am thrilled to see these numbers this morning. Intermittent fasting for the win 🙌

I’m at @londonwaterloo to observe genuinely extraordinary scenes tonight as 6,000 armed forces staff arrive for #Coronation rehearsal. Scenes not seen for a generation and EXACTLY reflect Helen Mckie’s 1948 famous ‘War & Peace’ paintings pair. Some kind of glorious coincidence?🤔
