I am a Binance user who is facing a huge difficulty. My account has been blocked from withdrawing funds for almost a year, and during this time, I have contacted Binance support countless times but the problem has not been resolved.
I have participated in video interviews, provided full information, and recently completed the required form. However, up to now, I have not received any clear response. What hurts me the most is that there has been no explanation from Binance about the reason for blocking my account.

Hello Admins,
I am a Nigerian citizen and currently facing serious difficulties with my Binance account. My account has been blocked from withdrawing funds for almost a year. During this time, I have contacted the CS team multiple times and participated in video call interviews, but the issue has not been resolved.
I would like to confirm that my account is not related to any legal issues. However, Binance has never provided any specific explanation as to why the account was blocked.
3 days ago, I completed the required form from Binance in the hope that the issue would be resolved quickly. However, I have not received any response or progress so far.
I am really tired and frustrated with this situation. I sincerely hope that the admins in the Binance community can support and speed up the process of handling my case.

For the past month, my account has been frozen without any reason, without any significant support from the customer service team. As a VIP customer, I have always trusted and contributed a lot to the development of OKX. But despite all my efforts to contact and request a resolution, I have not received the help that a customer in my position deserves.
This feeling of abandonment not only affects me, but also makes me worry about how OKX treats other customers. If a VIP customer like me is treated like this, I don't know how difficult it will be for ordinary users. This will definitely affect OKX's reputation in the eyes of the global community.

@star_okx @hfangca my #OKX account, as a VIP, has been unjustly locked for over a month without receiving any adequate support. As a VIP customer, I feel completely abandoned. If a VIP is treated like this, I can’t imagine how poorly other users are treated. OKX needs to resolve this immediately if they don’t want to lose customer trust.
