What everyone must understand about the nurse strikes is that it’s not just about money, it is about drawing attention to: lack of funding, lack of safe and quality care, lack of staff etc. Nurses can sometimes work shifts with 1:24, imagine trying to provide care to 24 patients

@KarateJoe12 Hi Joe, I did my service improvement in the benefits of criteria led/nurse led discharge in Paediatric ED. I wrote an SOP and many different pathways. I have since left ED and now work back in main paeds area but happy to help if I can
