@UcheMaryOkoli Yeah I think we can avoid most trickery by receiving on the tongue. I always feel we should protect the hosts from desecration, especially as witchcraft and satanism are rife these days.

The reason why we have some people desecrate the Eucharist like it is done in this video is because the Communion is given to them on their hands instead of the tongue.
This is why in this video that was demonstrated, we can see how a woman put the Host in her pocket while the other took it to her pew and broke it into 2 to give to someone.
To be honest, this video here riled me up because this is the reality of what happens when people are given the Communion on their hands instead of their tongues.
I thank this priest for raising our awareness on this.
Please, as Catholics, let us pay rapt attention to things like this.
The Eucharist is the source and summit of our faith. So we should treat it with great reverence.
If you see any communicant do any of these things these ladies did in this video, it is our duty to quickly raise alarm immediately.
May God help us.

Communion should be received on the tongue directly and not on the hands.
The Eucharist is the Body of Christ.
As lay people, we are not worthy to hold the flesh Jesus on our hands.
Receiving communion on the hands has led to the sacrilege some people commit where they either put the Body of Jesus in their pockets or just walk away with It.
I don't know who's in charge of enforcing this change, but we should go back to making sure everyone receives the Body of Jesus on their tongues.
It may not eradicate the desecration completely, but we will have fewer people desecrating the Eucharist when it is on their tongues over when it is on their hands.

@UcheMaryOkoli This seems really sad, sending prayers for him and all who know him. It seems like he was well known, maybe people could take it in turns to offer a mass for his soul to enter heaven, that's the way out of purgatory and it may offer you all some comfort as well. May God rest him.

In your charity, can you offer one Hail Mary for the happy repose soul of Rev. Fr. Vincent Kazahchat Sebastine, who sadly passed away yesterday in the hospital after a very brief illness.
He's from my Diocese, and his death came as a rude shock to us.
My younger sister is absolutely devastated by the news because he used to be the chaplain in the Catholic Church in the university where she's studying, so she knows him well.
Priests shouldn't die.
They're too precious.
May his soul rest in peace.

As Christian nationalists, it’s really frustrating to hear our reformed brothers’ critiques sometimes. Here, James White is responding to @dalepartridge’s tweet about the five ways to save the country.
Initially, James frames the post as being racist, rolls his eyes, raises his eyebrows, etc. But then, he expresses substantial agreement on three out of the five recommendations! And the only two where there’s disagreement, it’s only due to James’ over-realized eschatology.
There’s a lot of room for unity here if White could stop knee-jerking to ists and isms like some sort of social justice warrior.
