@ITVXhelp Hi. I just wanted to tell you why I’ve cancelled my ad-free subscription. It’s because you now play trailers instead - preceded by a baffling message implying you have to, which can’t be true. They interrupt the flow of the programme just like ads - so why pay?

@BBCr4today Why would you abruptly cut short an interview about undue Chinese influence on UK universities to play a trailer?! So rude to the interviewee and listeners.

@greateranglia Journey from Sheringham to Liverpool St arriving 1754 on time and staff pleasant. But lavatories on both trains in a very poor state: very dirty seats and floors, overflowing sinks. Really sordid.
