@GhostofMahvel @smimblor @MaritheKity It very rarely ever presents that melancholy feeling. There's a couple moody levels in the game but it's immediately undercut by a talking penguin hanging around that's excited to talk to you as to show the player that space isn't truly this cold desolate place

@smimblor @MaritheKity Its about more than just that. Space as a setting has an inherent melancholy due to being so vast and empty that the human mind is literally incapable of fully comprehending it, and Galaxy surprisingly often does a good job of capturing that feeling.

Anyways, I'm gonna shill Marathon here because, to me, it gave me the same vibes and feel the original Halo CE gave me when I first played it. Instead of playing this Remake, I recommend playing Marathon

The RE: Code Veronica Remake needs to make Alfred Ashford even more unhinged than the original and keep the campy vibe; otherwise, Capcom will ruin one of the series best villains. I don't want them to ruin Alfred like they did Saddler and Salazar in the RE4 remake.
