@Uber it's complete bs you let drivers rate less than 5 stars for riders with no reason or feedback provided to the rider. Random ratings from drivers that make no sense are idiotic.

@united Yea well there's a difference between valid reasons (mentioned above) and being directly told there is no longer overhead bin space. Look in the grand scheme of things whatever, but at least be up front about it. Nothing like feeling lied to by a corporation.
