@TwitterEng You need to remove 'twit' from your vocabulary and marketing. It is offensive to those that are suffering from intellectual disabilities. Why not substitute it with something that more accurately reflects the service that you offer and is not a derogatory term? Eg 'chat'.

@DavidLammy Vitamin D is known to play a major role in the health of the immune system. Darker skin tones = lower uptake from the sun in northern climates = suboptimal immune system = more likely to suffer worse outcomes when infected with a virus, especially one that goes for the lungs.

UK Government has sent out only one text message on new rules about staying at home to prevent the spread of #coronavirus (see below). If you see others claiming to be from UK Government, they are false.

@uksciencechief @10DowningStreet 'do all we can'. So why aren't 'we'. South Korea would be a good example of how to do it. Rather than the complete opposite. The constant contradictions in statements being made really do make you and your fellows look rather stupid.

@ItsToby5 @DHSCgovuk @CMO_England @PHE_uk @NHSEngland 'underlying health conditions' can start with things like high blood pressure etc, not necessarily serious. It's worth watching what is happening in Italy at the moment given that UK government seems determined to copy the approach rather than learn from it.

.@CMO_England has confirmed two further people in England who tested positive for coronavirus (#COVID19) have died. Both were elderly patients with underlying health conditions. A full statement from the Chief Medical Officer can be found below 🔽
