With the increasing popularity of awesome tools like Miro and Mural, & their many templates/canvases supporting lean-agile product development, critical thinking, systems thinking, UX research/design & more, the excuses for not using such techniques & artefacts are wearing thin.

@paul_boos @neil_killick @dwinter @kelseyvh I have recently deep dived in to both. I find Mural great for free form design & creative thinking. I find Miro great for more structured thinking (could be the snap to grid function though!). For my current purposes & my OCD I am leaning more in to the Miro space 😁

@neil_killick @dwinter @kelseyvh I've had one foray with Mural as a user, getting ready to set-up using it because that is what the company selected. I have had 3 forays with Miro & am also in the process of setting it up because it's what we're using for ACC-WW(HE). I also prefer Miro (from a user perspective).

@neil_killick Ummmmm is it just me but isn’t there an iterative customer feedback loop missing? Where are the context trade offs? Obviously this is great for folks to understand completeness of requirements...we were doing that in upfront requirements in the 90s...it was called waterfall 😉

As broken as this model is, the most frustrating part IMO is the proliferation of a "story" as a small piece of implementation work done by a dev team to realise a "feature", rather than a narrative based on a conversation about a desired or needed capability for a customer.
