Hello @PoliceUg, What plans do you have for this hooligan who scammed young Ugandans out of billions of shillings and fled the country? He even goes online to boast about how he scammed them, claiming that nothing can be done to him. He has also made reckless statements directed at the Uganda Police and President Museveni.
Do you have any concrete plans to bring him to justice? And is there any message of comfort or hope you can offer to the victims? Thank you.
