Missiles are landing in Jerusalem near one of the holiest sites in the world. These aren’t military targets. These are civilians. And this isn’t just about Israel. Iran just launched missiles over 4,000 kilometers…way farther than they “claimed” was possible. That range already reaches major cities across Europe. Families are running to shelters in the middle of the night. Children waking up to sirens. Homes gone in seconds. If this were happening anywhere else… the world wouldn’t be quiet about it. So why are they quiet about this?

Koniec ze skanowaniem papierków, centralizacja dokumentów, oszczędność czasu. Brawo. Tylko widzisz Pan… problem polega na tym, że Pana firma wystawia ile - dziesięć faktur miesięcznie? Dwadzieścia? Nie tysiąc. Nie dziesięć tysięcy. Dziesięć. W prawdziwej gospodarce czyli tam, gdzie działają duże przedsiębiorstwa przetwarzające setki, a często tysiące faktur dziennie, pracujące na legacy systemach pokroju BaaN, starych wersjach SAP czy innych reliktach z poprzedniej epoki - KSeF nie jest "wygodnym narzędziem" - jest katastrofą na skalę przemysłową. Masowe odrzuty walidacji FA(3), błędy mapowania pól, które w starym ERP były poprawne, opóźnienia w obiegu, zablokowany VAT, konieczność ręcznych korekt na poziomie, którego Pan sobie nawet nie jest w stanie wyobrazić, oraz eksplozja kosztów po stronie IT i księgowości. To nie jest żadna "centralizacja", to jest wymuszone podłączanie parowozu do rakiety, przy jednoczesnym wymaganiu, żeby parowóz nagle latał z precyzją chirurgiczną. A to dopiero początek. Bo oprócz chaosu operacyjnego mamy jeszcze infrastrukturę samego KSeF, która w pierwszych tygodniach regularnie dostawała zadyszki - przeciążone serwery, błędy API, "znikające" faktury i opóźnienia liczone w godzinach, paraliżujące łańcuchy dostaw w prawdziwych molochach. Pan tego nie widzisz, bo u Pana nie ma wolumenu, przy którym takie awarie stają się narodowym problemem logistycznym! Do tego dochodzi kwestia bezpieczeństwa, nad którą Pan najwyraźniej w ogóle się nie pochylił. Cały ruch do KSeF przechodzi przez infrastrukturę zewnętrznego dostawcy - rozwiązania WAF firmy Imperva (należącej do francuskiego Thalesa z silnymi powiązaniami amerykańskimi). Nawet jeśli treści faktur są szyfrowane i teoretycznie niedostępne dla tego pośrednika, to metadane czyli kto, kiedy, z kim i w jakich wolumenach handluje - są jak otwarta księga! Jeśli Pan tego nie postrzega jako niebezpieczeństwo to pozostaje mi tylko pogratulować - domyśl się Pan czego. Z takich metadanych da się zbudować precyzyjny graf relacji biznesowych całej polskiej gospodarki. I to nie jest teoria spiskowa, tylko podstawowa analiza ruchu sieciowego. Poczytaj Pan sobie wpisy eksperta @gps65, który dosłownie zaorał ten "system". Umowa z Impervą pozostaje utajniona, a suwerenność cyfrowa państwa polskiego wisi na wątpliwym zabezpieczeniu zagranicznego podmiotu. Wątpliwości co do możliwości wykorzystania tych danych do niecnych celów - czy to przez służby, czy komercyjnie - są jak najbardziej zasadne i nie zostały rozwiane w sposób przekonujący. Pańskie entuzjastyczne "poza tematem" brzmi więc dokładnie tak, jak zachwyt kierowcy Fiata Seicento nad torem Formuły 1 - tuż po tym, jak przejechał nim sto metrów po osiedlowym parkingu. Urocze. I kompletnie oderwane od rzeczywistości. Bo na razie wygląda na to, że Pan po prostu nie ma pojęcia, o czym mówi. Z wyrazami szacunku - ktoś, kto właśnie tonie w tym "rewolucyjnym" systemie razem z całym korpo. Kurtyna.
