This is disgusting. I'm heartbroken to see what has become of my favourite place in Brum to unwind. Glenbrook Property are vandals. Pure and simple. They have destroyed an historic cinema for what? Absolutely unforgivable.

We have clear evidence of Glenbrook Property failing to keep the 116 yr old Electric Cinema secure. This is a HUGE fire risk. It’s puts lives at risk. It puts the UK’s first Rep Theatre at risk. It puts the birthplace of Black Sabbath at risk. Maybe they’re hoping for a fire?

I'm an American trauma surgeon. One year ago today I was volunteering at Nasser Medical Complex in Gaza when Israel fired a missile into the room of my 16-year-old patient, Ibrahim Barhoum. The missile killed him instantly. If it had hit the room 90 seconds later it would have killed me, too. Today the US and Israel are still blocking medical supplies from entering Gaza, and are repeating the assault on hospitals and healthcare workers across Lebanon.
This is nothing but barbarism. It must be stopped.

We live in world where an arson attack on empty ambulances gains more political fury than Israel’s unrelenting slaughter of Arab doctors, nurses, and patients.

I really, really hesitate to call anything a false flag operation. It's a dangerous thing to do. But it seems that the text claiming responsibility actually did describe Palestine as the Land of Israel. No Muslim would do that, in Arabic or in English. I've been covering these types of movements for two decades. This never happens.
Whoever wrote this statement was not a Muslim.

It is worthy of note that the group which is claiming responsibility for the burning of ambulances last night refers to Palestine as “the land of Israel.” It does so in both English and Arabic, which is particularly unusual.

So if the Prime Minister’s Chief of Staff’s phone was stolen, with a goldmine of information on it, I am presuming that the police would have actually gone quite far to get it back - and to work out whether this was an ordinary crime or whether this was espionage.

I don’t recall the same level of coverage & outrage by media or politicians as for the Golders Green ambulance attack

The IDF attacked an ambulance that was travelling to rescue Hind Rajib. The murdered Hind, her family and the paramedics, even though they had agreed a safe passage, then they lied about it.
Still, that was Gaza, not Golders Green.

Hmm, very curious timing.
Today marks one year since Israeli soldiers attacked a fleet of ambulances in Gaza, killing 15 aid workers and burying them in a mass grave.
That anniversary is now overshadowed by news of the arson attack on Jewish-owned ambulances in London.
