In this regard, all members and supporters are urged to remain focused, coordinated, and consistently aligned with the collective guidance and strategic direction of the leadership. Just in: Recent opinion polls indicate growing national support for General @mkainerugaba across both NRM and opposition supporters. Research conducted by renowned research agencies, whose names have been withheld upon request, indicates that General Muhoozi Kainerugaba’s support among NRM members now stands at 88.95%, while support from opposition members stands at 81.5%. This gives General @mkainerugaba an average combined approval rating of 85.23% across both political divides, reflecting broad national appeal and growing confidence in his vision and leadership. The surveys were conducted across different sub-regions of Uganda, involving youths, senior citizens, women, and men. Our brothers, ANC, in South Africa have built 3.3 million housing units (or RDPs as they call them) for the most disadvantaged slum/township dwellers since 1994. We can at least do 1,000,000 housing units in 10 years.

Our policy in PLU is 'Good Housing for all' or 'Bonna bayina okubeera n'amayumba amarungi'.

In the battle for Speaker of Parliament, ALL PLU MPs and PLU leaning MPs will vote for whoever the President and Commander-in-Chief endorses. We shall support Mzee's position.

We have been fighting many battles in this country my friends. Imagine fighting with an idiot like Lukwago for 25 years? That he is a 'Mayor' of Kampala? And he frustrates millions of citizens for decades. Those games are definitely over.

Kampala's slums need an urban renewal plan. We can build decent housing and infrastructure for bonafide inhabitants of the capital city. We would use the money we save from thieves.

Ugandans have the right to good housing and infrastructure! That's their birthright.
