Yes, pasta, bananas, milk, sour cream, beets, "sugarless cake", juice and more contain carbohydrates.
Yes, a coffee cup with no sugar. No, you won't die of hypoglycemia because you aren't eating white sugar. Yes, some rice is enough. Yes rice is a carbohydrate, no, you can't eat ice cream. No, Starbucks coffee is not suitable.

@OvanVinte @ReviewsPossum By 15k I meant 15 thousand. But yeah I underestimated how long steps typically are. Apparently per step a common approximation is 0.41 times height which comes out to about 2.2-2.5 ft for most people. At 3mph that’s 6-7k steps/hr. Of course taller people can walk faster.
