@MartinSLewis Greed and panic fuels inflation. Consumers; Cut out or reduce the unnecessary outgoings eg TV streaming, mobile data, online gaming, as well as luxury items… Businesses Don’t put your prices up if you don’t need to!

I'm no economist, but I struggle with the logic behind base rate rises currently. Inflation seems supply-side driven - but rate rises dampen demand. Then again the BoE is charged with bringing down inflation and this is it's only tool. So it has to do it. Co-ordinated effort with govt would help. Any economists out there, what's your view.

@BBCBreaking Putin seems to enjoy watching Europe accept the displaced refugees due to conflict, it’s obvious that he has a policy of increasing that migration and his onslaught on Ukraine is working toward that end. An effort to destabilise and rebuild USSR.
