@jpschroeder @opencode Very cool. My biggest blocker with dmux was that every pane automatically kicks a new worktree. Whats the normative way to have a couple of agents and terms on the same worktree?

Feels like pi mono is the new linux kernel (an extensible agent-tool-loop). @openclaw is its first distribution with all its flaws but packaged for value. And we have a new userland where apps are now packaged skills written in english with some supporting code.

All documentation ever needed to exist was to be executable. Same way API documentation thrived when it was derived from code and included a mini client.

@david_bonilla Sí, pero PE generalmente busca activos con valor estratégico que fusionar y aquí ya entran consideraciones sectoriales y tendencias de mercado. No sé qué sería el pitch ahora mismo en el sector de los formularios.

@pminoves Si Typeform tiene EBITDA positivo de 88 millones, como operación de private equity se iría a más de 500 millones. Y con precio-amigo.

Si esto se confirma, lo siento por los inversores y empleados con acciones de TypeForm que entraron a valoración más alta. Más allá de eso, llama poderosamente la atención la estrategia de Bending Spoons. La sitúa como una compañía a seguir, un Constellation 2.0.

Tampoco creo que Typeform sea el target de Bending Spoons. Buscan empresas con tracción pero inoperantes que sanear rápido con playbooks estándar. Typeform se ha salido del VC-path por su incapacidad de crecer >10% YoY después de la Serie C. Pero tiene unos parámetros operativos que ya los quisieran muchos.

Es una oferta absurda y su globo sonda. Typeform factura 110M ARR, tiene un margen de 80% y fácilmente 100M líquidos en caja. A ese precio BS recuperaría la inversión a 18 meses. A mí me consta que Typeform ha dicho que no. Si siguen hablando, eso ya lo veremos.
