We booked a Stayvista property in Munnar from Airbnb for ₹36k. From the start, there were many issues: leeches, cockroaches, a non-working gas stove, fungus on curtains, damaged non-stick utensils in the kitchen, and flickering lights. It has been the worst experience. We booked for 2 days but are leaving today. When we contacted Airbnb support, they said we lacked enough evidence of a bad experience, would follow whatever the host says, and offered only a ₹1500 refund. Worst experience with Airbnb customer support. If you book from Airbnb, don’t expect any support if things go wrong. don’t ever book this property in Munnar. The house is full of leeches. came to my native place for a family function .. a common problem that i see here is in every 5th home there is a major critical illness patient is there and most of them doesn't have any insurance policy .. and they are treating this via their saving or selling their lands ... but not aware about insurance policy ...a small policy of 10 lakh's taken 3 years back can save now 10 lkhs rs .. major need of insurance is there in tier 3 and 4 cities ... govmnt should create awareness about insurance to this cities by taking ads campaign .. have helped 2 people to get policy so far with full disclosures this can save their futr big claims fr sure .. bettr to have a minimum policy of 10 lkhs than spending ur saving or selling ur assets to get treated ..

@suchetadalal My 88 year old Mom has to go to GHATKOPAR to do her KYC and spend 2 hours in a psu bank to do it. I have about Rs. 5L in that account. Just given up on that...one day I will go, but psu banks can't even do kyc in other branches.

Complete details… The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) is ready to completely redesign the Aadhaar card. The new Aadhaar card will be released nationwide from December. This new Aadhaar card is being designed with privacy and security as the main objectives. Old Aadhaar vs New Aadhaar — Key Differences What will the new Aadhaar card look like? Only the following will be visible on the card: ✔️ Photo ✔️ QR code The following details that were on the old Aadhaar will no longer be visible: ❌ Name ❌ Aadhaar number ❌ Address ❌ Date of birth ❌ Gender This means that no personal information will be printed on the card. What is in the QR code? The QR code in the new Aadhaar will contain… ➡️ Name ➡️ Aadhaar number ➡️ DOB ➡️ Address ➡️ Gender ➡️ Biometric verification data (in encrypted form) All of these will be encrypted.
