@mitch_fretton Muani should be nowhere near the starting XI and Palhinha has to start so we have some grit. Most importantly Xavi has to start. Despite his shortcomings he is our only available player who can pass the ball forward and we need to score 2 or 3 goals a match to have any chance.

An update regarding the proposed Coach Meet for Saturday’s home fixture against Brighton.

@ScoutTottenham I did until HT of the Palace game. I knew then we were down. That lifted a huge weight off my shoulders. Coming to terms with it since then has alleviated all the stress and anxiety that my “there’s still hope” mates suffer from. Accept it now and you will feel better sooner.

@charlieparrish 💯. This is not talked about enough. Despite a parents influence younger fans now choosing a team to support are just less likely to go to Spurs especially with Social Media. Look at how many Chelsea and City fans there are now vs 20 years ago. @VFTLpodcast you should talk this.

A huge issue for a relegated Spurs is losing a generation of fans. Club already a tough sell to kids, even locally—my two play in N17 and it’s 80% Arsenal shirts. But Kane & Son long gone, club a joke (my eldest is teased at school), successful local rivals, confused branding...

@Top100Rick 💯 Very disappointed in the broadcast not showing this. From 7 under after 9 to 1 over after 18 when they showed him again left you wondering what happened. Show the ugly as well as the good and great. That’s a true reflection of the sport.

It’s crazy they didn’t show the Haotong Li insanity during the broadcast. He was a contender. He was paired with Scottie. His hijinks were relevant, Scottie had to wait forever to hit his shots. We should have seen every shot of his QUINTUPLE BOGEY.

@panks_79 We are going down. Said it after the Palace defeat. Forest have got Burnley next week. We are not getting 3 wins never mind the 4 we might need. After Sunday perhaps more of our fanbase will wake up. Levy, Frank, Lange and Vinai for the Jan window. All have blood on their hands.

Spurs fans saying we are going to be fine is quite amusing. We haven’t won a PL game in 2026. We’ve won 2 at home this season. Unless RDZ is a miracle worker and the players change their attitude, we are certain to go down.

@SussexTottenham Romero is a very good player. Top clubs should try to keep their best players. Part of the issue this season is the quality of those around him including the coach the GK and VDV. Be sad if we lose our best footballer.

@VikaYidette If all those against the RDZ appointment stay away which tbf is their right and fair pov, I think attendances for home games will be unchanged. They should therefore follow their pov and stay away. They will not be hurting the club @SpursOfficial_

I would say a solid 60% on this fanbase are snowflakes. The other 40% are what keeps this fanbase going. The stadium would be a better place without snowflakes.
