Allowing the rich to pay out-of-pocket to bail out and not allowing other people to raise funds for bail out are capitalist values at their worst. Mutual aid is resistance and should not be criminalized.

We refuse to let Georgia judges criminalize having a prepaid cellphone. Having a cellphone is not indicative of an intent to commit a crime. Having separate phones as an organizer or journalist goes with a long established safety tradition to protect against fascist forces.
