i've been buying pokemon cards lately on-chain tho not irl there are some cool rwa protocols that have really 'solved' the collectables market collectables market estimated size is $300-500bn the interesting thing about rwa applications to this market is - they actually unlock more trading and volume and are very likely to grow the market itself for example, i always thought pokemon cards were a good investment but there are too many barriers to entering the physical collectables market irl now i can just buy the grail cards i want, they are stored securely, already insured and graded and i can redeem my rwa nft for the irl physical i only entered the pokemon card market because on-chain rwas unlocked ease of use and convenience the 'problem' (if it is a problem) with knowing that this sector will experience exponential growth is there is no way to make money off of being right here the big winners will be the dominant platforms that own the fees like with nfts - the marketplaces won, and the users only won if they bought the nfts that stand the test of time pretty much just cryptopunks there was no way to 'own' the growth of the entire industry that's pretty much a hyperliquid thing only hyperliquid allows you to own the growth - own the 'perpification' of the earth collectables market will experience a lot of growth but you can't own it so what's the approach????? well imo, it's just buy the cryptopunks equivalent - the grails which is og pokemon card grails to me i would love to find a better way to own the whole ecosystem i also think someone should create pokemon card grail perpetuals markets i would like to trade a basket of grail pokemon cards on 100x leverage i'm sure a lot of people would hip-3 will enable this kind of thing...... all these crazy ideas i have are actually coming i'm sure ok that's my rant about pokemon and rwas what do you think???? am i right???? am i retarded????? let me know thanks for reading - kook
