Just trying to take a step back, you can see the "Trump isn't serious about tariffs" takes melting into thin air
Tariffs enacted thus far:
- Most(?) trade with Canada and Mexico, 2 biggest US trading partners
- 20% increase on tariffs w/ China, 3rd largest trading partner
- New global steel and aluminum tariffs enacted
- 25% tariffs on all vehicle imports today
On the way/threatened -
- Major tariffs on lumber, copper, semis, pharma
- "Liberation Day" April 2 tariffs on countries w/ ~90% of imports to US

In light of the $CEG Three Mile Island nuclear plant restart, obviously the question is, who else has idle plants.. Wolfe Research had a note yesterday with helpful table - $ETR seems to stand out to me. No idea how realistic it is for them to get them back online but something to ponder for sure..

I do not want to get too overexcited but - if you take $CEG math, idle nuclear plant coming back online is worth like $10b.
Take a look at the table from Wolfe, count the idle $ETR plants and do the math.
