As a licensed attorney, I was so appalled by the treatment received by Clinesmith that I conducted a nationwide search for another example of an attorney with a felony conviction for lying to a federal court that was not subsequently disbarred. I was unable to find one. Clinesmith is a poster child for how the establishment protects its own and an indisputable example of our two-tiered justice system

Unless there is new information (which you didn't cite), after the magistrate refused to sign, the DOJ got a grand jury indictment against Lemon, and since then, a superseding indictment with additional charges.

I served on active duty for 4 years and 21 years in the reserves. My military ID let me go to sensitive locations, like a military base.
Under the SAVE Act’s insane requirements, a military ID does not allow an American to vote.

Having dealt with Congress while working in the Trump 45 White House, I can tell you that no one is more addicted to failure theater than Senate Republicans.
Putting the SAVE America Act on the Senate floor without using the talking filibuster is yet another instance of that.
The goal here shouldn't be to generate a headline of where Senators stand on the bill. We know every Democrat is going to vote against it despite 80% of Americans supporting voter ID.
It should be to get it to President Trump's desk-- by any means necessary.

This has been going on for YEARS love.
This man has been screaming for help since 2023. Restaurant attacked. Home attacked multiple times in one night. Death threats. Rape threats against his own family. Car smashed outside his house. Called the police every time. Got arrested himself for his trouble.
His words. "I got arrested because my name is not Khan and I am not a terrorist."
Two restaurants destroyed. Nearly £2 million gone. Not one single attacker ever charged.

The victim of the terrorist attack at Old Dominion has been identified as Lt. Col. Brandon Shah-- who was a Professor of Military Science and the leader of the university's ROTC program.
He was a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Enduring Freedom, and Atlantic Resolve.
His awards included two Bronze Stars, Senior Army Aviator Badge, Combat Action Badge, Parachutist Badge, Air Assault Badge, Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Meritorious Service Medal, Air Medal with Valor, Joint Service Commendation Medal, Army Commendation Medal, and the Joint Service Achievement Medal.
